If any of our products is defective or does not perform as expected, it can be returned to us within the first 60 days from the day the order was received. We will exchange the product, credit back your account or issue a full refund (shipping and handling not included). You will need to use the original packaging (if available) to return the items to us, along with the return form at the back of your invoice properly filled out. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed or altered. Packaging must be intact, items in their original condition with hygienic liner and tags attached. We will not take returns for any items with damaged packaging, missing hygienic liners or hang tags. There is no additional warranty on exchanged items.
Here some steps to make your return :
- Put the merchandise in its original packaging together with a copy of the invoice.
- Remember to fill out the back of the invoice, including the reason of return and the exchange item you want.
- In case you want to exchange it for an item of bigger value, then please send the balance in Money Order (to the order of “Salbro Inc.”) or the credit card information you want to pay with.

The client must cover the shipping costs of sending back the merchandise and we will cover the cost of sending it back to you. It’s the client’s option to insure the package in case it gets misplaced by the postal service. Extreme Shape will not be responsible for the mishandling or misplacing done by the postal service.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replaced items back to you only if the package is of equal or lesser volume and weight than the original returned items. If not, the client could incur in additional shipping costs.
The replaced items do not have any more warranty unless it is defective or mistaken.
Please wait at least 3 weeks from the moment you send the items to us for us to process the return.
